Ida Premier LLC is dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and person-centered group home services for individuals of all walks of life — including the elderly, adults and juveniles with mental health needs, and those experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to foster dignity, stability, and growth through supportive housing, individualized care, and community integration.

About Ida Premier
A Message From Our Founder
My name is Brandon Mason, Founder and CEO of Ida Premier.
Ida Premier was inspired by one of the most influential people in my life—my grandmother, Ida. Growing up in South Carolina, I watched her dedicate herself to serving others with compassion, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to her community. She taught me that true leadership is measured not by what we achieve for ourselves, but by how we uplift those around us.
Her legacy became the foundation of Ida Premier.
As a Sergeant Officer, I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. Through those experiences, I witnessed the challenges many individuals and families face and recognized the need for safe, supportive environments where people can heal, grow, and thrive. That realization inspired me to create an organization dedicated to providing hope, stability, and opportunity.
At Ida Premier, our mission is simple: to empower individuals by providing quality housing, supportive services, and a community built on dignity and respect. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstances.
Our commitment extends beyond providing housing—we strive to create a place where individuals feel valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed. Every decision we make is guided by the principles my grandmother embodied throughout her life: compassion, service, integrity, and community.
